They still need to focus on the whole operation process and be ready for rescue at any time. The probability that the circular probability error (CEP) of ordinary GPS is within 2.5 meters is 50%, and the other 50% probability will be greater, even close to 10 meters. In the above figure, when we want to find the position of point O, ordinary GPS tells us that point O is at point a, which is any point within 10 meters of the yellow circle. RTK uses real-time differential technology to reduce the measurement range to less than 10cm.
