Nanjing surveying and mapping instrument maintenance center currently has 2 professional maintenance engineers, all of whom are high-level maintenance personnel and work with certificates. In RTK, total station, theodolite, rangefinder, handheld GPS, level and other surveying and mapping instrument maintenance and technical services, they have their own strengths.
1. Under the condition that GPs, total station, level, software and other equipment are in good condition, users have the right to maintain, upgrade and update system software and application software.
2. The warranty period of GPS, total station, level and other products shall be strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations. During the warranty period, the user will enjoy free maintenance service (the damage and failure caused by the user's own disassembly and accidents are not covered by the warranty).
3. Upon expiration of the warranty period, the equipment still enjoys lifelong maintenance service. If it is necessary to replace the parts, the cost shall be borne by the user. However, the user shall bear the maintenance cost for the fault caused by the accident or the user's self disassembly.
